ELIGIBILITY: Graduation in any discipline (pass/honours/vocational etc) from a recognized University. Those who have appeared for final examination and awaiting results are also eligible to apply .No age bar. .Reservation for SC/ST and Physically Handicapped candidates as per rules and University norms.
APPLICATION FORMS: Available at the C U Sales Counter ,Asutosh Building (Ground Floor) College Street Campus Kolkata -700073, on payment of Rs. 250/- in cash from July 15 to August 20, 2013
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS: Application forms, properly filled, are to be submitted at the office of the Media Studies Diploma Course, Hardinge Building (4th Floor), College Street campus, KolKata -700073 till August 20,2013
TOTAL NUMBER OF SEATS: Fifty Five (55).
SELECTION:
Thirty five (35) seats are filled through written test. Such candidates are exempted from interview.
Twenty (20) Seats are filled through interview which is reserved only for candidates with Journalism & Mass communication /Film Studies/ Videography as their Pass/General/Honours/vocational subjects at the graduation level. Applicants for this category are exempted from written test.
NOTIFICATION OF THE LIST OF SELECTED CANDIDATES: September 6, 2013 at 3 pm on the Notice Board of the Department.
ADMISSION: September 09-20, 2013 (Time 11:30am to 3:30 pm) at the Department.
COMMENCEMENT OF CLASSES: Monday, September 23,2013 at 12-30 pm.
TUITION FEE: Rs. 12,000/-
