Convocation
The Convocation Law Faculty will be held in the Gymnasium Hall, Panjab University, Chandigarh on Sunday, the 19th May, 2013 at 10.00 a.m. The Rehearsal will be held on Saturday, the 18th May, 2013 at 3.00 p.m. in the Gymnasium Hall, Panjab University, Chandigarh. It is mandatory for the students to attend the rehearsal. Degrees will be given to the students who have passed LL.B. 3 years course, B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) 5 year Integrated Course and LL.M. course in 2011 and 2012 from the Department of Laws, University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh, PURC Hoshiarpur, PURC, Muktsar, PURC Ludhiana and Law Colleges affiliated with Panjab University i.e Rayat College of Law, Railmajra, Distt. SAS Nagar, GHG Institute of Law for Women, Sidhwankhurd (Ludhiana), Baba Kundan Singh Memorial Law College, Dharamkot, Distt. Moga. Rs. 200/- per student will be charged as registration fee at the time of rehearsal/convocation.
Note:
1. The candidate must reach the Gymnasium Hall one hour before the start of the rehearsal i.e. 2.00 p.m. and half hour before the start of Convocation i.e. 9.30 a.m.
2. No person will be allowed to leave the Gymnasium Hall till the Convocation is over.
3. Briefcase, Camera, Umbrella, Handbag, Mobile, Water Bottle and Helmet etc. are not allowed in the Gymnasium Hall.
4. Parents are not allowed in the Gymnasium Hall.
