1. The eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed application form to the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi for admission to MD/MS/MDS/Diploma courses session-2013 under 50% DU Quota.
2. The Bulletin of Information along with prescribed application form shall be available from 15.01.2013 to 12.02.2013 from the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007
3. The schedule of sale of Bulletin of Information/submission:-
(a) By Hand: from 15.01.2013 to 12.02.2013. (09:30 A.M. to 03:00 P.M.)
(b) Request by Post: from 15.01.2013 to 31.01.2013.
(c) Last date for sale and submission of application form: 12.02.2013.
(d) No application form will be accepted beyond 12.02.2013.
The candidates may download the prescribed application form from the web-site of the University i.e. www.du.ac.in or Faculty web-site i.e. www.fmsc.ac.in. and submit the same along with prescribed fee in the form of Bank Draft in favour of the “Registrar, University of Delhi, Delhi” i.e. General/OBC Rs. 1,500/- and SC/ST Rs. 1,000/-.
