After duly filling up of the application form, the applicant is required to take out the printout, paste the photograph (same as uploaded on the application form), sign on the last page below the Declaration and mention the date. The hard copy along with the age proof certificate and a demand draft of Rs. 2500/- payable at New Delhi in favor of “Director, ILBS, New Delhi should reachby post to the Associate Dean, Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences (ILBS), D-1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, 110070 on or before 5:00 PM of 30/11/2012.
Application fee once paid will not be refunded even in case of his/her application is rejected. The filled in applications received after the prescribed date and time shall not be considered.
There should be no variation between the details including the Demand Draft No. (hard copy) submitted and the Demand Draft No. entered on line.
In case, the hardcopy of the application along with the necessary documents and Demand draft is not received in the Institute by 30/11/2012, your online application would not be considered for further processing.
