Registration /Collection of Gowns/Caps 9.30am to 10.45am
Entry into the Convocation Hall & to be seated in the Hall 10.45am to 11.00am
Convocation Instructions / Rehearsal 11.00am to 11.20am
Convocation 11.30am to 1.30pm
Lunch 1.30pm to 2.30pm
Presentation of Degrees/ Diploma/Marksheets/Value Added Courses Certificates by HOIs 2.30pm to 5.30pm
Return of Convocation Gowns 5.30pm to 6.30pm
