Admission to Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (EPGDHRM)
Applications are invited for the Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management 2012-13 Batch.
Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (EPGDHRM) is a 18 months, part- time, professional programme of instruction, training and field practice. The course is specially designed for junior and middle level executives who wish to get professional qualifications in the area of human resources management and labour relations.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Bachelor’s Degree (under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years formal education), in any discipline of a recognised University, with 45% of marks (35% for Scheduled Castes [SCs], Scheduled Tribes [STs] and OBC or a Post Graduate degree (after completion of Bachelor’s degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years formal education) in any discipline and having at least 3 years of work experience in managerial or supervisory category, preferably in personnel/administration department.
2. Age under 40 years as on February 1, 2012. In special cases, this limit may be relaxed.
