Eligibility: MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Sc./ Chemistry/ Statistics ( with Physics & Mathematics combination in graduation level) / Physics / Mathematics / Mathematics & Computing with 60% marks or equivalent from any recognized university

BE. / B.Tech.in Computer Sc. / IT/ Electronics / Electrical - Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent from any recognized university

M.Tech (Nanoscience & Technology)

MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Sc./ Chemistry/ Statistics ( with Physics & Mathematics combination in graduation level) / Botany /Zoology / Biotechnology ( Mathematics at+2 level or above) / Physics / Mathematics / Mathematics & Computing with minimum of 60% mark or equivalent from any recognized university

Or

BE / B.Tech.in Computer Sc / IT/ Electronics / Electrical - Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent from any recognized university
