Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration
(Community Health) [D.N.E.A.(CH)]
Application are invited from intending candidates for admission to Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration [Community Health] [ D.N.E.A. (CH) ] Courses conducted by the All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health (AIIH&PH), 110, Chittaranjan Avenue Kolkata - 700 073. Application forms for the courses could be obtained by making a request to the office of the Director, A.I.I.H. &. P.H., Kolkata, either personally or by post.
The last date of receipt of completed application forms by the Institute is on 20th April, 2011.
Duration of the course is ten academic months.
Eligibility criteria: (i) Certificate/ Diploma Course in General Nursing and Midwifery from any of the State Nursing Institutions of India or its equivalent from any other Country and registered with respective Nursing Councils. (ii) Minimum of two years working experience after basic qualification in a reputed health facility in any clinical area of Nursing or Community Nursing.
Male Nurses must have prescribed training recognised by Nursing Council in any clinical area of nursing like TB, Physiotherapy etc. in lieu of Midwifery.
The course will commence from 1st July, 2011
