The Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan under Ministry of H.R.D., Govt.of India was established in 1970 and declared as a Deemed University in 2002 u/s 3 of the UGC Act. All the Programmes offered by Mukta Svādhyāyapī ham are approved by Distance Education Council. Applications are invited for the following programmes of Mukta Svādhyāyapīham.
PRAK-SHASTRI PROGRAMME (Pre-Degree Programme/+2 Vyakarna/ Sahitya/Phalita Jyotisha)
Duration : 2 Years
Eligibility : 10th exam passed with Sanskrit or Equivalent Exam.
PRAK-SHASTRI BRIDGE
Duration : 6 Months
Eligibility : 10th Examination passed or equivalent without Sanskrit, and seeking
admission in Prak-shastri Programme.
SHASTRI (Vyakarana/Sahitya/ Phalita Jyotisha)
Duration : 3 Years
Eligibility : Prak-shastri/Uttar Madhyama or +2/Intermediate with Sanskrit or Equivalent Exam.
BRIDGE COURSE FOR SHASTRI PROGRAMME
Duration : 1 Year
Eligibility : Pass in 12th or equivalent without Sanskrit.
ACHARYA (M.A.) (Vyakarana/Sahitya)
Duration : 2 years
Eligibility : Pass in 3 years degree course or equivalent examination with Sanskrit.
The application form and Prospectus can be obtained from either Headquarters of M.S.P. or the following Svadhyaya Kendras (Study Centres) in person on production of D.D. of Rs.500/- (For SC/ST/PH Rs. 250/-) or through post by sending a D.D. for Rs. 550/- (For SC/ST/PH Rs. 300/-) drawn in favour of "Director, Mukta Svadhyayapeetham, New Delhi". Name, Programme applied for and address should be written on the backside of the D.D. alongwith a request letter.
The Prospectus & Application Form can also be downloaded from Website (www.sanskrit.nic.in) and have to attach a demand draft of Rs.500/- in favour of the "Director, Mukta Svadhyayapeetham, New Delhi" separately other than the Programme Fees. Duly filled application forms are to be submitted in any one of the study centres.
Application forms & prospectus are available from 11.09.10.
The Entrance Test will be held on 31.10.2010 (Sunday)
