Youth Red Cross, Anna University Chennai proposes to organize a Three-Day Orientation Programme for YRC Programme Officers and Student Volunteers on 4th, 5th & 6th February 2010 (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) at Hall of Guines’68, Dept. of Manufacturing Engg., CEG Campus, Anna University Chennai. This programme is sponsored by Indian Red Cross Society, Tamil Nadu Branch.

It is requested that one YRC Programme Officer and one Student Volunteer may be deputed from your college for the Orientation Programme without fail (Programme Schedule enclosed). TA, DA could be met from the YRC fund of the respective college.

Lunch and lodging for outstation participants and lunch for the local participants will be arranged by organizers. Accommodation shall be provided in the World University Service Centre at Chetpet on first come first serve (FCFS) basis and therefore the participants may confirm their participation on or before 27th January 2010 (Wednesday) through email / Phone / Mobile:

Only those who register on or before 27th January 2010 will get accommodation in the World University Service Centre. Those who seek accommodation in World University Service Centre must bring a Bonafide Certificate (Both Programme Officer and Student Volunteer) stating that you are a participant in the above Orientation Programme.
