M.Phil/Ph.D integrated
Biosciences: M.Sc. in Botany/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Molecular Biology/ Zoology/ or any other branch of life sciences with minimum of 55% marks.
Environmental Science & Technology: M.Sc. or M. Tech/M.E. in Environmental Science / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Molecular Biology / Botany / Zoology / or any other branch of life sciences or chemical sciences with minimum of 55% marks.
Comparative Literature: Master`s Degree in Comparative Literature/Linguistics/ any Indian Language or allied/ relevant field with minimum of 55% marks.
South & Central Asian Studies: Master`s Degree in South and Central Asian Studies, History, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Public Administration, Geography or allied/ relevant field with minimum of 55% marks.
Centres for Entrance Test
The entrance examination will be held at centres in following cities in India, namely Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Noida. The detailed address of the centres will be communicated to the students along with Roll No. before the date of entrance examination.
How To Apply:
To apply for the programme, eligible candidates must complete the online application form and submit it. The candidate will also take a printout of the completed online application form after submitting it and send the same with required enclosures (see below) by registered post to :
