Eligibility:
DoPT Participants
Officers of the All India Services and Central Services subject to the following eligibility conditions:
1. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline recognized by The Association of Indian Universities/AICTE as eligible for Post Graduate Studies in Management.
2. Seven or more years of work experience
3. Age limit ‐ 50 years (53 years for SC/ST candidates)
Other Participants
1. The participant must have a Bachelors degree in any field of study
2. At least 10 years of experience of which a minimum of 3 years must be in the middle management (or equivalent) levels in their current organisations.
3. Age limit ‐ 50 years (53 years for SC/ST candidates)

1.
