Admission Notice 2009 To PG Diploma in Population Studies
Applications in prescribed form are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Population Studies Course (PGDPS) leading to Master of Population Studies (MPS). Eligibility: Graduates in any discipline (excluding fine Arts) with minimum 40% marks in major or aggregate.
Application form along with the Information Brochure can be obtained from the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Dibrugarh University on payment of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) only at the University Cash Counter. Request for supply of forms by post must be accompanied by a self-addressed stamped (of Rs. 110/-) A-4 size envelope along with a Bank Draft of Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of “Registrar, Dibrugarh University” in State Bank of India, Dibrugarh University Branch (Code No. 2051). The University authorities will however not be responsible for non-delivery/late delivery of forms sent by post. Application forms downloaded from the website - www.dibru.ac.in should be accompanied by a bank draft of Rs. 300/- as per particulars mentioned above.
Last date of receipt of completed forms by the Head, Department of Economics, Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh-786004 is 31.08.2009. Counselling cum admission shall be held on 01.09.2009. Classes shall commence from 07.09.2009.
