CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME IN MANAGEMENT (CPM)
IIM Indore’s new one-year certificate programme is intended to equip the participants with basic skills and competencies that are required for progression to managerial and supervisory positions in organizations. The programme is offered on an online, interactive platform with classrooms located at various cities in India. The delivery of the programme across these cities gives flexibility to participants to study while working. The programme is highly interactive by design due to the two way video and audio provisions and the presence of other options like chat, discussion board and e-mail. Apart from developing individual and interpersonal managerial skills, the programme develops competencies in key functional areas of management.
Eligibility:
The prospective candidate should be Graduate in any discipline and should have appeared for CAT conducted by IIMs either in 2007 or 2008. There is no requirement of prior work experience. Candidates with two or more years of work experience in the above industries will have an advantage in the selection process.
Application Procedure:
Application Form can be downloaded from IIM Indore website from August 08, 2009 onwards. Completed application form should reach the below mentioned address by September 08, 2009. Selected candidates will be informed of their selection by September 30, 2009.
Selection Process:
Selection to the programme is based on the performance in CAT, relevant work experience and academic background.
