Geo-synchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV), for launching INSAT class of satellite has also been made operational.Work on next generation satellites to provide enhanced and augmented services is in progress. As and when vacancy arises, those enrolled in the Live Register will be considered for selection based on the discipline in which vacancy occurs.
