A. SALE OF EXAMINATION APPLICATION FORMS:-

Attention 'O' & 'A' Level Candidates
The Question papers of January 2005, July 2005 and January 2006 Examinations along with answers are available with DOEACC Headquarter at New Delhi in the form of a booklet for each examination for 'O' and 'A' Level separately. These booklets can be obtained from this office by Remitting a sum of Rs. 100/- for 'O' Level and Rs. 150/- per booklet for 'A' Level through Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank favoring DOEACC, payable at New Delhi.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. The filled-in Examination Application Forms should be sent by Registered/Speed Post only in the special envelope attached with Examination Application Form. DOEACC Society will not be responsible for any postal delay/loss in transit. Institutes authorized to conduct DOEACC Accredited Courses and the candidates should ensure that filled in Examination Application Forms along with requisite fees & all other necessary documents reach at this SOCIETY at New Delhi by closing date specified above.
2. The Exam Fee will be accepted in cash at the DOEACC Cash Counter at New Delhi only between 10 AM to 3 PM on all working days. For submission of the Forms by post, the candidates are required to remit the Examination Fee through the designated Branches of Bank of India or through Bank Draft favouring DOEACC payable at New Delhi. Payment by any kind of cheques including multi-city cheques and postal orders shall not be accepted.
INCOMPLETE APPLICATION FORMS OR WITH INSUFFICIENT FEES WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO CORRESPONDENCE WHATSOEVER SHALL BE ENTERTAINED IN THIS REGARD.
3. Registration is pre-requisite for appearing in DOEACC Examination. Candidate should keep this in mind while requesting for Exam Application Forms.Examination Forms for any Level (O, A, B & C) can be obtained on written request by candidates to DOEACC SOCIETY, New Delhi, by sending sum of 25/- per Examination Application Forms through a Demand draft drawn on any Nationalised Banks in Favor of "DOEACC" payable at New Delhi. The request should be addressed to DOEACC SOCIETY and should clearly specify the level, complete address of applicant on which the blank examination form is to be sent. The envelope be superscribed as "Request for Examination Forms". Examination Forms can also be collected in person against DD drwan on ant Nationalised Banks for the appropriate amount in favour of 'DOEACC' payable at NEW DELHI ONLY (Reapat Payable at New Delhi) from DOEACC Society Counselling/selling centres, the addresses of which are given in DOEACC website http://www.doeacc.edu.in/jsp/jan_exam.htm
Attention of Institutions Authorized to conduct DOEACC courses to the requirement of remittance of variable Accreditation Fee (VAF) and awareness Creation Fee (ACF) along with the Forms submitted by them in respect of their students. All institutes are advised to go through the relevant instructions on the DOEACC website and submit the separate Demand Draft towards VAF and ACF along with the Examination Forms. The examination forms received from the accredited institutions not accompanied by proforma Prescribed (available on DOEACC website http://www.doeacc.edu.in/jsp/pdf/variablefee.PDF for the purpose along with the VAF and ACF shall not be accepted Further, the financial burden on account of VAF and ACF should not be passed on to the students.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PRACTICAL EXAMINATION
The same Exam Form will be used for theory as well as Practical Examination Fee is Rs. 150/- for each Practical. Practical Examination is applicable for only those candidates who have opted for New (R-3) Syllabus.
For 'O' Level: Candidates have to appear in theory exams for all modules/papers before taking upto the Practical Examination.
For 'A' Level: Candidates have to appear / Pass in theory exams for papers A1-R3 to A4-R3 to be eligible for Practical Examination - 1 (PR-1) and A5-R3 to A10-R3 to be eligible for Practical Examinations-2 (PR-2)
For 'B' Level: Candidates have to appear / pass in theory exams for papers B1.1-R3 to B1.4-R3 to be eligible for Practical Examination 1 (PR-1), B 1.5-R3, B2.1-R3, to B2.5-R3 to be eligible for Practical Examination 2 (PR 2), B3.3-R3 to B3.5 R3 to be eligible for Practical Examination 3 (PR-3) and B4.3-R3 to B4.5-R3 to be eligible for Practical Examination 4 (PR-4)
