Prospectus and Application Forms shall be available at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, GMC Patiala, Old DMC Ludhiana & Adesh Inst. of Medical Sciences, Muktsar on cash payment of Rs. 1000/- from 08.08.08 onwards.
