Department of Physics and Astrophysics and Department of Chemistry are jointly launching a new exciting three-year
M.Tech program in NANOSCIENCE AND NANOTECHNOLOGY from the academic year 2008
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Physics/ Chemistry/Biological Sciences and with Mathematics as a subject for atleast one year; and
Must have qualified in Joint Admission Test to M.Sc (JAM)-2008 conducted by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) http://www.iitk.ac.in/jam/
OR
Must have qualified the entrance tests for admission to M.Sc. Physics/Chemistry/any branch of Biological Sciences conducted by the respective departments of Delhi University.
OR
Must have come in the merit list for M.Sc Physics/Chemistry/any branch of Biological Sciences of the respective departments of Delhi University.
Final selection will be done on the basis of an interview.
Selected candidates may be provided scholarship of Rs.3000/-p.m to be sponsored by Department of Science and Technology (Govt. of India) or University of Delhi. Project work to be carried at National and International Laboratories.
