Pay Scale:- Rs.8000-275-13500/- (Total Emoluments Rs.20,000/-p.m.approx.) at Chandigarh.
Essential Qualification:- Ist class B.E/B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with 6 years relevant experience.
Desirable Qualification:- Pre & Post contract management of large multistoreyed buildings, works consisting of commercial, residential & institutional buildings and large townships including services works. Should be able to use software/computers for contract management.
Job Requirement:- The incumbent will be required to prepare estimates, tender documents, day to day supervision, prepare bills and handling of conditional matters. Preference will be given to those who are having similar experience of works in departments like CPWD/Other public sector organizations.

Essential Qualification:- Ist class B.E/B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering with 3 years relevant experience.
Desirable Qualification:- Experience in internal and external electrification of multistoreyed commercial, residential, institutional buildings and large township etc.
Job Requirement:- The incumbent will be required to prepare schemes and estimates for internal electrification of housing and multistoreyed buildings, sub-station equipment upto 11KV, Lifts, Fire Alarm and Fire fighting systems. Preference will be given to those who have experience in maintenance of buildings and sub-stations.

POST No.3:- Junior Engineer Group III(1) (Electrical) - 1 Post (Reserved for OBC)

Essential Qualification:- Ist Class Diploma in Electrical Engineering of 3 years full time duration or its equivalent.
Desirable Qualification:- Minimum experience of one year in internal/external electrification and maintenance of Office Buildings/Residential Housing Complex and preparation of estimates, bills and recording of measurements in MBs.
Job Requirement:- Day-to-day maintenance and preventive maintenance of services such as internal, external electrification, sub-station, lifts, air-conditioning systems, pumps and fire-fighting and alarm systems in Residential/Office Buildings and preparation of estimates, day-to-day supervision of works, recording of measurements and preparation of bills.

Desirable Qualification:- Relevant working experience (minimum 1 year in Chemistry/ Microbiology / Biochemistry/Medical/ Fermentation/Molecular Biology/ Laboratory animal handing and in handling analytical equipment/working with sophisticated lab instruments and a certified course in Computers.

Essential Qualification:- Ist Class B.Sc. in Computer Science Or Ist Class diploma of 3 years duration(full time) in Electronics or Computer or Information Technology or Instrumentation Or Ist Class Bachelor Degree in Computer Applications or Information Technology or Electronics or Instrumentation.
Desirable Qualification:- Minimum one year Hands on experience in using computer for database management, DTD, maintenance of e-mail facility and/or similar applications. Working experience in Database/Oracle and knowledge of hard-ware will be an added advantage.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.The service under CSIR/IMTECH is governed by the New Defined Contributory Pension Scheme of Government of India as made applicable with effect from 01st January, 2004.
2.The prescribed age limit will be reckoned as on the last date for receipt of application. Relaxation of age in respect of Physically Handicapped and Ex-Serviceman will be as per G.O.I Orders. Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/Meritorious Sportsperson as per GOI Orders in respect of posts reserved for those categories.
3.Relaxation of 5 years in age will also be permissible to those who had ordinarily been domiciled in the Kashmir division of the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 subject to production of relevant certificate from concerned authority.
4.Those employed in Govt. Deptt,/ PSUs /Autonomous Bodies should send their applications through proper channel.
5.Mere fulfillment of the minimum prescribed qualification and experience will not vest any right on a candidate for being called for interview.
