Admission Notice To BA International Hospitality Management (The Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.)
e-CHAT 2009
1. Students applying for Course I or Course II must appear for e-CHAT 2009. Selection will be on the basis of e-CHAT score & GDPI. (All students must appear for both e-CHAT & GD/PI)
2. Your application for appearing in the Admission Test (e-CHAT 2009 to be held on 22nd May 2009 must reach us positively by 12/05/09. The time of the Test would be mentioned in your ADMIT SLIP.
3. Admit Slip would be sent to individual candidates by e-mail or Regd. Post/Speed Post or Courier. The Institute does not take the responsibility for non-delivery of the Admit Slip due to postal delay or wrong e-mail address.
4. The format of the Admission Test is enclosed. Candidates are required to consult relevant periodicals and books for preparing for e-CHAT 2009
5. Candidates would not be allowed to carry any piece of paper or articles or book apart from the Admit Slip in the Examination Centre. Any person found
6. e-CHAT exam will be held in preferred Sify centres as per the attached list.
7. Each candidate must sign attendance sheets in the appropriate column against his/her Roll No. and Name and in no case shall leave the café without signing these sheets.
8. Use of mobile phones or calculators for reference is strictly prohibited.

11. Students applying for Course I or Course II must appear for e-CHAT Examination & GDPI guilty of applying unfair means would have his/her examination cancelled.

Please send a Demand Draft for Rs. 250/- in favour of International Institute of Hotel Management, payable at Kolkata through post/courier for prospectus and four Passport size photos along with the Application Form after duly fill.
