(b) For bioinformatics, biomedical & instrumentation engineering, bioprocess engineering, biotechnology and genetic engineering: Minimum 60% aggregate in biology, physics and chemistry.
(B) B.Arch. (Bachelor of Architecture)
Eligibility for B.Arch: A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent having a minimum total aggregate of 60% with english and mathematics as subjects of study and a minimum NATA score of 80 out of 200.
No separate entrance examination will be conducted by SRM University. However, the candidates have to apply in the prescribed application form for admission to B.Arch. program.
(C) B.Des. (Interior Design)
Eligibility for B.Des: A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 60%.

Eligibility for Master of Computer Applications (MCA):
A pass with minimum aggregate of 60% in the under mentioned “Bachelor’s Degree” of any university or equivalent thereto provided they have undergone the course under 10+2+3 or under the Open University system.
(a) B.C.A / B.E.S / B.Sc. Computer Science / Mathematics / Physics / Statistics / Applied Sciences/Information Technology/Computer Technology. OR
(b) B.Com./Bachelor of Bank Management/B.B.A./B.L.M./B.A. (Corporate Secretaryship/B.A. Economics/any other bachelor’s degree, in any discipline, with Business Mathematics and Statistics or Mathematics/ Statistics at main/allied level. OR

Eligibility conditions such as the minimum percentage of marks/CGPA obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination shall be as prescribed by the university from time to time.
(G) M. Arch. (Architectural Design)
Eligibility for M.Arch: B.Arch. or equivalent.
(H) M.S. Total Quality Management (TQM)/M.S. Nano Technology
Eligibility for M.S Courses:
1.Total Quality Management (TQM):Graduates from Science, Engineering, Humanities and Social Science. Candidates under 10+2+3 pattern should have one year of work experience.
2.Nanoscience and Nanotechnology:B.E./B.Tech. (Any specialization), MBBS, B.D.S., B.VSc.
(I) Ph.D in all Discipline

Application forms can be obtained on payment of Rs.750/- by cash or on request by pos with a DD for Rs.750/- favouring SRMIST, payable at Chennai from the University office, the campus or select branches of SBI, Indian Bank, City Union Bank, Karur Vysya Bank and Post Offices published on the university website. The filled in application should be sent to the Dean (Admissions). Candidates can also download the application form from the University Website and send to the Dean (Admissions) along with the DD for Rs.750/-. Candidates can apply Online.
